NOTICE OF AUCTION SALE OF VESSEL FSO “ELI AKASO” AT THE FEDERAL HIGH COURT, PORT HARCOURT IN SUIT NO. FHC/PH/CS/193/2022 BETWEEN OCEAN PEARL MARITIME SA & 2 ORS VS THE VESSEL FSO “ELI AKASO” (EX MT FARM) & ANOR

Pursuant to the Order of this Honourable Court granted on the 8th day of December, 2022 by his lordship, Honourable Justice Stephen Dalyop Pam directing the Admiralty Marshal Substitute to commission the Valuation and Judicial Sale of the 1st Defendant Vessel.

Conditions of Sale:

  1. Interested bidders are to be cleared before bidding by the Admiralty Marshal Substitute to board the Vessel for inspection;
  2. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser;
  3. There shall be only one bid per bidder;
  4. The winner shall pay ten percent (10%) of the bid price within 48 hours of notification of his/her victory;
  5. The Admiralty Marshal’s decision shall be final; and
  6. Tender shall be by sealed bids.
