INVITATION FOR TENDER FOR THE EXECUTION OF SMOE/SUBEB BESDA COHORT II 2022 RESULT AREA 1 AND 2
PREAMBLE
The State Universal Basic Education Board invites tender from reputable contractors/suppliers with relevant experience for the execution of SMOE/SUBEB BESDA COHORT II Result area 1 and 2 year 2022.
SCOPE OF THE WORK
COHORT II RESULT AREA 1 (ONE) AND 2 (TWO).
- Provision of WASH facilities in Non-Formal Leaning Centers (Construction of Sheds, Toilets facilities and Open Dug well)
- Procurement and Distribution of Koyon Karatu Cikin Sauki (Pupils Book and Teachers Guide)
- Procurement and Distribution of RANA Pupils Book 1, 2 and 3
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST PRESENT THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENT
- Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (C.A.C)
- Certificate/Evidence of registration of Tender with SUBEB.
- Verifiable Evidence of Current tax clearance for at least three years (2019, 2020 & 2021) Financial capability of company/Audited Account
- A comprehensive Company profile with C.V’s of key professional including photocopy of relevant academic qualification, contact phone number and registration with relevant regulatory body (ARCON, COREN, CORBON, NATE AND QSRBN)
- Evidence of similar job executed in the state
- Verifiable current PENCOM compliance certificate issued by National Pension Commission (2021)
- Verifiable current Social Nigerian Training Fund (2021)
- Verifiable current Industrial Training Fund certificate (2021)
- Current company Audited duly stamped and signed by ANAN/ICAN
- Evidence of ownership of relevant equipment, machines, tools and workshop.
SUBMISSION OF VERIFIABLE TENDER DOCUMENTS
