The Adamawa State Ministry of Health and Human Services is requesting for quotation for the reconstruction of Main Hospital Block at General Hospital Mayo-Belwa LGA, Adamawa State:

Bidder has to meet the following Conditions

  • Shall incorporate in Nigeria and have all the legal requirements to operate in the country: – including registration with relevant bodies
  • Shall have evidence of satisfactory execution of similar projects in the past
  • Bidding documents are to be obtain on the e-procurement portal (https://sas.biddingo.com.adsbpp).
  • All submission in respect of the advert shall be in English language.
  • Bidder is to provide evidence of registration with the following:-
  • Adamawa State Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) 2022.
  • C.A.C Registration
  • FIRS 2022
  • Industrial Trust Fust (ITF) 2022
  • PENCON 2022
  • Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) 2022
  • Provide audited account report
  • Bid must be duly sign

(4) Bid opening
The Closing date of Bid submission shall be on 03 February, 2023 at 10:30am while the bid opening will also take effect on same day at about 12:00pm Noon Local Time at the Procurement office, Ministry of Health and Human Service, State Secretariat Complex, Yola, Adamawa State. The process will be conducted strictly in line with the State guideline on the COVID-19 pandemic.
