(1) The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received financing from the African Development Bank hereinafter called the Bank toward the cost of the Inclusive Basic Service Delivery and Livelihood Empowerment Integrated intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Supply of Seed Drugs for 5 Primary Healthcare Centres.
(2) The Inclusive Basic Service Delivery and Livelihood Empowerment Integrated Programme Borno State now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply of Seed Drugs equipment for the newly constructed PHCs.
(3) Bidding will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding (National), OCBI procedures as specified in the African Development Bank Procurement Framework October 2015 and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework.
(4) Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the office of the Programme Coordinator at the address below and inspect the bidding document during office hours at the address given below.
(5) The bidding document in ENGLISH may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of twenty thousand Naira (N20,000.00). The method of payment will be made through the bank into the following account

(6) Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00pm 14 March, 2023. Electronic Bidding will [will not] be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at 1:00pm on 14 March, 2023.
(7) All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security/Managers’ Cheques as appropriate of N1,700,000
