Invitation letter
Dear Sir/Madam,
We have the pleasure of inviting you to submit a proposal to provide Brain Based Coaching Program to Group Ecobank.
Services proposed shall be reviewed and evaluated based on completeness and compliance of the proposal and responsiveness with the requirements of the RFP and all other annexes providing details of ETI requirements.
The proposal that complies with all of the requirements and meets all the evaluation criteria shall be pre-selected. Any offer that does not meet the requirements shall be rejected.
Please be advised that ETI is not bound to accept any proposal, nor pre-select any bidder or issue purchase order, nor be responsible for any costs associated with a service providers preparation, submission of a proposal, implementation regardless of the outcome or the manner of conducting the selection process.
Details of the requirement and timelines are articulated in this document. The schedule of the events is as following.

Interested bidders should send email of their intention to respond to this RFP to: questions.sourcing@ecobank.com; this e-mail address will also be used to seek clarifications and/or ask any questions related to this and make sure to indicate in the subject field, “ETI/003/RFP/2023”.
Interested bidders are kindly requested to send their offers in PDF and only through electronic version before the deadline at this e-mail address: etisourcing@ecobank.com while making sure to indicate in the subject field, “ETI/003/RFP/2023”.
Please note the size of your attachments should not be more than 5MB and no offer will be received in hard copy at our reception desk. In case the size of your documents exceeds 5MB, it is advised to send the documents in multiple e-mails by indicating the numbers (ex. ETI/003/RFP/2023-1; ETI/003/RFP/2023-2; ETI/003/RFP/2023-3).
