INVITATION TO TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT

The State Ministry of Health and Human Services in pursuit of Yobe State Government Medical Care Delivery Policy has created enabling environment for eligible and interested bidders/vendors to submit tender for the supplies of Medical Equipment to Ministry of Health – Secondary and Tertiary Health facilities in the State as follows:-

(1) The Entity here by invites sealed Bids from eligible interested Bidder/Vendors for the supplies of Medical Equipment.

(2) Interested Bidders are required to provide details satisfying the following eligibility/criteria.

• Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria.
• Company Income Tax for the last three years (2020, 2021 & 2022)
• Company Audited Account for the last three year (2019, 2020 & 2021).
• Company’s Profile;
• Evidence of Financial capability including Bank reference indicating willing-ness to provide credit facility if when necessary and needed.
• Evidence of Registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement.

(3) Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement Guidelines.

(4) Interested eligible Bidders/Vendors may obtain further information from the Director Planning Research and Statistics and collect bidding document during office hours (09:00 – 15:00hrs) at Yobe State Ministry of Health & Human Services, Damaturu.

(5) A complete set of bidding document may be purchased by interested eligible bidder upon payment of Non- refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira only (N50,000).

(6) Bids must be delivered at Yobe State Ministry of Health and Human Services, Gujba Road. Damaturu on or before Friday, 16/02/2023.

(7) Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the vendors/ bidders designated representative at Yobe State Ministry of Health and Human Services along Gujba/Postiskum Ring Road, Damaturu by 12:00 noon.
