REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE SUPPLY OF PBX PHONE SYSTEM AND WIRELESS ACCESS POINT

BACKGROUND
Jhpiego Corporation, an affiliate of John Hopkins University, is an international non-profit, nongovernmental organization that works to improve the health of women and families throughout the world.

Jhpiego Corporation is seeking for reputable vendors to supply the items below to its Abuja office. Vendors are encouraged to read the entire document to ensure that they have a clear understanding of Jhpiego requirements before submitting a bid.

(1.1) ITEM DESCRIPTION:

LOT 1 – PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION OF PBX PHONE SYSTEM WITH SPECIFICATIONS BELOW:

(i) One (1) unit of Private Branch exchange (PBX) Phone System (an Equivalent of 3CX On- Premise Phone System) with the following features:

  • Video Conferencing with 50-100 participants
  • Call forwarding
  • Call Management
  • Unlimited numbers of Extension
  • One-year professional license

(ii) Fifty (50) units of Internet Protocol (IP) Phone (an equivalent of Fanvll V64) with the following features:

  • 3.5″ color LCD screen
  • Supports audio codec G.722 and Opus, HD audio on speakerphone and handset
  • Supports &-party local conference
  • Available to link with security products, can be easily customized into various security solutions
  • Built-in 2.4GHZ/5G WiFi and Bluetooth 5.0, enabling more flexible connectivity
  • Dual Gigabit ports, integrated PoE
  • Two installation methods of desktop stand and wall mountable

(iii) Fifty (50) units of Internet Protocol (IP) Phones (an equivalent of Fanvil V65) with the following features:

  • Antibacterial material of the handset and keypad surface effectively inhibits more than 99.5% of bacteria growth
  • 4.3” adjustable screen (Oo to 40o) for different lighting environments
  • Be able to receive video calls with video codec H.264
  • Available to link with security products, can be easily customized into various security solutions
  • Supports audio codec G.722 and Opus, HD audio on speakerphone and handset
  • Supports 6-party local conferencing
  • Built-in 2.4GHz/5G WiFi and Bluetooth 5.0, enabling more flexible connectivity
  • Two installation methods of desktop stand and wall mountable

Lot 2 – Procurement of 20 units of Wireless Access Point with specifications below:

Twenty (20) units of SonicWave 641 Wireless Access Point with Advanced Secure Wireless Network Management and Support, 1 Year (Multi-Gigabit 802.3At Poe+) with the following features

  • Wifi-6
  • Wired network Ports: (1) 10/100/1000 auto-sensing RJ- 45 for Ethernet and Power over Ethernet (PoE); (1) 100/1000/2.5GbE auto-sensing RJ-45 for Ethernet (model 641)
  • 5G/4G/LTE USB modem support: Yes
  • PoE Power Requirement: 802.3at

(2.1) QUOTATION SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING.

  • The quotation should be enclosed in plain sealed envelope, with the item being quoted for written boldly on the right-hand side of the envelop.
  • Proof or license to offer required services as given by the responsible regulatory body (if applicable).
  • Lead-time for Supply.
  • Quote validity of at least 60 days.
  • Payment terms if different (preferably Net 30 days)
  • Specific brands including country of manufacture of the products

(3.1) ELIGIBILITY
All applicants should provide the following if not previously provided:

  • Certificate of registration/incorporation, memorandum and articles of association and valid Tax Identification Number (TIN).
  • Vendor must be a licensed/authorized vendor for services to be rendered (please provide supporting documentation)
  • Company profile (briefly reflecting the core competencies, key management personnel and clearly stating the physical verifiable office address, mobile number and e-mail address)
  • Minimum of three (3) reputable references active within the last three years from clients/organizations.
  • Note that applicable government taxes will be deducted prior to making payments for items supplied.
