The Ogun State Drug Management Committee (DMC) will commence the bid process for year 2023 (DMC -1 -2023).

(2) Interested bidders are invited to participate in the process as follows;

(i) Sale of bid will start on Monday, 17 April, 2023

(ii) The Bid closes on Tuesday, 2 May, 2023

(iii) Opening of bids take place on Tuesday, 2 May, 2023 in the presence of Representatives of the Companies and DMC members.-

(iv) The bid document will cost N 40,000.00

(3) Interested bidders must provide evidence of the following documents.

Evidence of registration with CAC
Evidence of registration with Ogun State Government (Bureau of Public Procurement with appropriate Category
Evidence of Current registration with Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (Premises)
Current Annual Licence to practice of the Superintendent Pharmacist.
Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for immediate past Three years i.e (2019- 2021)

(4) The bid documents should be submitted to the office of the Secretary DMC, Block A, Room 143, Ogun State Secretariat, Oke – Mosan, Abeokuta.
