EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) IN THE LEASING OF A WATER, BAKERY AND SOAP-MAKING FACTORIES

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL ADVERTISEMENT
The Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology, Okitipupa, Ondo State hereby invites applications for the Expression of Interest (EOI) in the leasing of any of the following production factories situated within the permanent site of the Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology Okitipupa-Igbokoda Road, Okitipupa.
The factories available for leasing are:
(1) Water factory
(2) Bakery
(3) Soap-making factory
Interested individuals/organizations are requested to submit and produce the following documents/information with verifiable evidence(s) for assessment/ consideration:
(a) Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) by the inclusion of a Certificate of Incorporation.
(b) Evidence of registration with Ondo State Government.
(c) Evidence of registration with the institution.
(d) Company profile and Organization Structure, including names and resumes of key personnel with addresses and phone numbers.
(e) Evidence of Registration of the company and key personnel with relevant professional bodies.
(f) Verifiable list of previous/similar services successfully executed in the past five (05) years with their locations and clients.
(g) Evidence of Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (03) years (2020, 2021, and 2022) and Tax Identification Number (TIN).
(h) Provision of VAT Certificate.
(i) Company’s audited accounts for the past three (03) years 2020, 2021, and 2022 from a registered auditing firm.
(j) Evidence of current compliance with the NSITF Employee Compensation Act.
(k) Annual turnover as stated in a verifiable tax clearance certificate, Evidence of Financial Capability/Reference letter from a reputable bank.
(l) Provision of current Certificate of Compliance from the Industrial Training Fund (ITF).
(m) For joint Ventures, a Memorandum of Understanding must be attached.
(n) Possession of any other additional requirement not stated above that would support your application.
SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST DOCUMENTS:
The application should be submitted in Two (2) copies with photocopies of relevant documents to the Office of the Vice-Chancellor, Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology, Okitipupa., Submission of EOI closes on Tuesday, 16 May, 2023 at 12:00 noon. Any Tender received after the stated date and time will not be considered. Applications are to be addressed to:

OPENING OF EOI DOCUMENT
The submitted documents will be opened on Tuesday, 16 May, 2023 at 12:00noon in the Vice-Chancellor’s Conference Room, Please, ensure that you sign the Submission Register as stated above. Criteria for Shortlisting
Only applicants/contractors that meet the requirements for the services listed above will be shortlisted for interview at a date to be communicated later.
