RE-INVITATION FOR TENDERS AND EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION (CORRIGENDUM)

The Federal Ministry of Environment wishes to draw the attention of the General Public to its earlier advertisement in respect of 2023 capital projects published on Monday 6 March, 2023, in Thisday and Leadership Newspapers as well as the Federal Tenders Journal; and to inform prospective bidders that due to circumstances beyond the Ministry, the bidding documents for the under listed projects earlier advertised under Category A & B which were not earlier available are now available for collection:

(2) Kindly note that only Contractors that have earlier purchased the tender documents in respect of the above-mentioned projects are eligible to participate and must present the Federal Ministry of Environment Revenue Collection Receipt as evidence. Deadline for Tender Submission is 12:00 noon, Wednesday, 14 June, 2023
(3) Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission 12:00noon, Wednesday, 14 June, 2023.
(4) Every other information contained in the advertisement remains the same.
(5) The Ministry regrets any inconveniences this might have caused.
