REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR GRAINS FOR FORMULATION OF SUPPLEMENTARY FOOD (TOM BROWN)
Purpose of this Call
ActionAid Nigeria is requesting for quotes for the procurement of grains for formulation of supplementary food (Tom Brown) for the treatment of malnutrition in children 6-59 months, pregnant and lactating women in Busari, Yobe state.

The quote should contain detailed cost of the above items,
- What is the total kg of your product per bag (Sorghum, soya beans and groundnut)?
- Specify the ratio of product composition.
- Provide proof of supplying same product to other agencies for the treatment of malnutrition in children, pregnant and lactating women.
General information
(1) EOI must be in English Language and signed by an official authorized by the bidder.
(2) Payment terms be stated
(3) Delivery will be at the ActionAid Warehouse in Bayamari, Bursari LGA, received by the Warehouse officer, Yobe State by 1st July 2023
(4) EOI submitted after the deadline for submission will not be considered.
(5) This publication is for information only and not to be construed as a commitment or obligation on our part.
(6) Our organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by any interested party(ies) in connection with any response to this invitation.

Interested Vendors are to submit a (1) copy each of all documents listed under the eligibility criteria and their expression of Interest (EOI) on the company’s letterhead paper bearing: the registration number (RC), contact address, telephone number and e-mail address.

The closing date for submission of quotes is Tuesday, 20 June, 2023. Failure to adhere to instructions on submissions could invalidate your application.
