Society for Family Health (SFH) is a leading non-governmental public health organization in Nigeria, implementing programmes in Reproductive Health/Family Planning, HIV & AIDS Prevention and Treatment, Malaria Prevention and Treatment, Primary Health Care System Strengthening and Maternal, Newborn and Child Health Care.
SFH is conducting an online auction of used laptops and other assets to highest bidder. Details of items are available on our website.
METHOD OF BIDDING:

(c) Submit the form.
INSPECTION: The items are available for physical inspection at 8Portharcourt Crescent, Area 11, Garki Abuja between 3:00pm and 5:00pm on all workdays from 2 to 8 June 2023
CLOSING DATE: 4:00pm of 12 June 2023
PAYMENT TERMS
- Hundred (100%) payment immediately after notification
- Non-payment of (100%) percent payment within 48hrs of notification automatically revokes the win and passes to the next highest bidder.
- All sales are final, and no negotiation or discussion will be entertained after the auction.
- Payment will be made into an SFH designated bank account that will be provided through notification letter. Note that cash payments are not allowed.
- SFH will only issue official receipts for payments made, upon bank confirmation of deposits.
OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION
- The laptops and other items are sold “as is,” “where is” with no declaration of serviceability.
- Bidders are encouraged to physically inspect the items before bidding.
- Only the winners will be contacted.
- Items are locally purchased hence customs duty payments are not required. Successful bidders will pay the seven and half percent (7.5%) Value Added Tax (VAT) to the government through SFH on every purchase.
- Winners will only take possession of assets after full payment and issuance of agreement of sale.
- Items won and purchased must be removed by successful bidders within two working days of full payment.
- Biding by email and physical submission is not acceptable. Only bid by completion of form provided in the link is acceptable.
