This addendum is being sent to all bidders of record that have received the solicitation document. Please acknowledge receipt by sending Acknowledgment by email to cmathurapote@worldbank.org
This addendum is being issued to inform the Offerors of the following:
1. Site Walkthrough and Pre-proposal Meeting Postponement: Site Walkthrough and Pre-proposal Meeting are postponed to 19th June 2023, same time. Bidders are required to notify Chayut Mathurapote, Category Manager, by email at cmathurapote@worldbank.org of the names and titles of their representatives who will be attending pre-proposal conference and walkthrough of the site on their behalf by 15th June 2023. Please copy George Duke at gduke@worldbank.org for registration and organization.
2. Proposal submission deadline: Proposal submission deadline is postponed to 24th July 2023, same time.
The RFP is amended pursuant to the addendum herein. Except as stated herein, all other terms and conditions of the RFP shall remain unchanged. Please acknowledge receipt by completing the enclosed Acknowledgment and returning it by email to emathurapote@worldbank.org
