REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE WORLD BANK GROUP’S COUNTRY OFFICE BUILDING IN ABUJA, NIGERIA

The World Bank Group’s Nigeria Country office NEW OFFICE BUILDING and interior fit-out project is located at 102 Yakubu Gowon Street Asokoro District, Abuja, FCT, Nigeria.
The proposed new office building is a standalone facility comprising of a two-level parking garage and 4 floors (Ground, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Floor). The built area is approximately 2000 square meters, and the 2-level parking garage is approximately 2,300 square meters.
The expected construction commencement is before the end of calendar year 2023 and the estimated time for completion of the works is 18 months. Firms/companies/legal entities (Interested Parties), having relevant experience may apply along with all the documents as required in Request for Proposal (RFP).
