INVITATION FOR TENDER FOR THE EXECUTION OF UBEC/SUBEB 2022 INTERVENTION PROJECTS

PREAMBLE
The State Universal Basic Education Board invites tender from reputable contractors with relevant experience for the execution of UBEC/SUBEB 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th QUARTERS 2022 Intervention Projects.

SCOPE OF THE WORK
1ST-4TH QUARTERS OF 2021 (ECDE, PRIMARY & JSS) PROJECTS

  • Construction of a Block of 2 C/rooms and Toilet with Terrazo Floor Finish Lot no. EC/NC/1ST/22/001 to EC/NC/4TH/22/008
  • Construction of a Block of 2 C/rooms, Office and Store with Terrazo Floor Finish Lot no. PR/NG1ST/22/009 to PR/NG4TH/22/031
  • Construction of 1No. Block of 3 C/rooms and Office. Lot no. JS/NC/1st/22/32 to JS/NC/4th/22/39
  • Construction of Perimeter Wall Fence Lot No. PR/NC/1st/22/040 to PR/NC/2nd/22/043
  • Drilling of 6,000 Gallons of Motorized Borehole Lot. No. PR/BH/1st/22/044 to PR/BH/4th/22/053
  • Provision for ICT Centre Lot. No. PR/ICT/2nd/22/054 to PR/ICT/4th/22/ 057
  • Renovation of 1 No Block of 3 Classrooms Lot. No. PR/REN/1st/22/058 to PR/REN/4th/22/147

·        Supply and Distribution Steel Framed Student Furniture and Sets of Standardized Teachers Tables and Chairs Lot no. FUR/1st/22/148 to FUR/1st/22/180

ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST PRESENT THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENT

  • Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
  • Certificate/Evidence of registration of Tender with SUBEB.
  • Verifiable Evidence of Current tax clearance for at least three years (2020, 2021 & 2022) Financial capability of company/Audited Account
  • A comprehensive Company profile with C.V’s of key professional including photocopy of relevant academic qualification, contact phone number and registration with relevant regulatory body (ARCON, COREN, CORBON, NATE AND QSRBN)
  • Evidence of similar job executed in the state
  • Verifiable current PENCOM compliance certificate issued by National Pension Commission (2022)
  • Verifiable current Social Nigerian Training Fund (2022)
  • Verifiable current Industrial Training Fund certificate (2022)
  • Current company Audited duly stamped and signed by ANAN/ICAN
  • Evidence of ownership of relevant equipment, machines, tools and workshop.

SUBMISSION OF VERIFIABLE TENDER DOCUMENTS
