INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
A. INTRODUCTION
This is to inform the general public that Kwali Area Council due to exigencies, wishes to invite credible and reputable companies to participate in a competitive tendering process for the following procurement.
Lot 1: Construction of Asphalt road at Angwan Sardauna – Kwali
Lot 2: Maintenance of Kwali Township Road
Lot 3: Improvement of water supply scheme at Yewuti Village
Lot 4: Improvement of water supply scheme at Bako community
Lot 5: Construction of additional office accommodation in the council secretariat tagged “L Shape”
Lot 6: Furnishing of legislative complex
B. QUALIFICATION FOR BIDDING
To qualify for consideration, interested companies are required to submit the following documents:
i. Evidence of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
ii. Evidence of VAT/TAX Clearance certificate for three (3) years (2020-2022)
iii. Evidence of projects/supply executed in similar field
iv. List of requisite equipment for operation for the job its tendering for.
v. Annual turnover and company audited account for three (3) years (2020-2022)
vi. Detailed company profile and technical experience/qualification of key personnel’s and directors
vii. Evidence of Registration with PENCOM, NSITF and ITF
C. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Tender document can be collected from the office of the Chairman Tender’s Board, Kwali Area Council on the payment of non-refundable fees of Twenty Thousand (20,000.00) only and evidence of registration with the Area Council.
D. SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
Completed tenders must be submitted in sealed envelope marked confidential and addressed to the Chairman Tender Board and deposited in the tender box not later than 12:00 noon on or before 24th November, 2023. The envelope should contain one (1) original & two (2) duplicates of the tenders. Bidding would follow strictly laid down procedures and principles of due process while opening of the tender shall be by 1:00pm same day in the Council Conference Hall.
The tender Board reserves the right to reject any document in part or in full.
