INVITATION FOR BID FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION

1. Yobe State Government having been committed to the construction of Modern Motor parks across the State with the aim of boosting the state economic activities is determined and focused to ensure the construction of functional modern motor parks within its limited resources for our travelers to benefit.

2. The Yobe State Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs has created an enabling environment for eligible interested bidders/vendors to submit tender for the:

4. The entity hereby invites sealed bids from eligible interested bidders/vendors for the execution of the above described project;

5. To qualify for consideration, interested companies/bidders are required to respond to this invitation with the following documents for consideration. Failure to submit any of the under-listed documents may lead to disqualification.
i. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria;
ii. Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) for the last three (3) years (2021, 2022 & 2023);
iii. Company Audited accounts for three (3) years (2021, 2022 & 2023);
iv. Company’s profile
v. Evidence of Financial Capability including Bank reference letter indicating willingness to provide credit facility if/when necessary and
needed.
vi. Evidence of registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement.

5. Bidding will be conducted through National competitive bidding procedures as specified in the Yobe State Bureau on Public procurement’s guidelines (procurement of goods, works and related services) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the procurement guidelines.

6. Interested eligible bidders/vendors may obtain further information from the office of the director of Planning, Research and Statistics, Ministry for Local Government & Chieftaincy Affairs, Yobe State, damaturu and collect bidding documents during office hours (0900 to 1500hours).

7. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders/vendors upon payment of non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira Only (N50, 000.00)

8. Bids must be delivered to the office of the Director Planning Research and statistics, Ministry for Local Government & Chieftaincy Affairs on or before 21st March, 204.

9. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the vendors/bidder’s designated representatives at the Conference Hall of the IBB Secretariat, Yobe State Damaturu by 12:00 noon on 21st March, 2024.
