REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR REGIONAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT VENDORS
A REPUTABLE ORGANIZATION operating in the financial services sector is seeking to partner with qualified and experienced vendors with presence in the South West, South South, South East, North West, North East, North Central and Abuja. We would like to hear from you if you have a proven track record of exceptional and quality service delivery in integrated premises/facilities management, inclusive of the areas listed below;
- Painting
- Plumbing services
- Civil works
- Furniture maintenance
- Roof and ceiling repairs
- Gardening
- Aluminum works
Key requirements:
- A minimum of five (5) years proven experience in integrated facilities management
- Strong portfolio demonstrating quality and experience, especially with commercial buildings in the reference regions.
- Compliance with all local and regulatory standards.
- Financial capacity to execute maintenance works effectively
