REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF CLOSED-CIRCUIT TELEVISION (CCTV) SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM

A REPUTABLE ORGANIZATION operating in the financial services sector is seeking qualified service providers or vendors with extensive experience in the design and implementation of a centralized closed-circuit television (CCTV) surveillance system. The organization aims to establish a robust centralized remote monitoring system connected to over 150 branches across Nigeria.

Consequently, the objectives are as follows:

  • Implement a centralized CCTV remote monitoring system domiciled at its head office, connected to over 50 branches across Nigeria.
  • Provide reliable real-time footages of the branches.
  • Ensure adequate storage of footage for six months at its central base.

Project scope
The project scope should include the following components;

  • Central Hikivision decoder accommodating a minimum of 965 cameras.
  • Hikivision 16TB Storage (for 6 month recording retention period centrally)
  • Dedicated Hikivision streaming server.
  • Hikivision software solution covering 965 cameras.
  • Installation/Implementation of the 965 cameras across Lagos.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10-15 years proven experience in installing and implementing centralized CCTV systems.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating quality and experience, especially with design and installation of centralized CCTV/digital security solutions
  • Compliance with all local and regulatory standards.
  • Financial capacity to execute projects effectively.
