INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
1. Tenders are hereby invited from suitably qualified companies to execute the project stated below;
CONSTRUCTION OF JAMES OBODOECHI AVENUE/CHIKOZIE OKAFOR ROAD IN OSHIMILI SOUTH LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA.
2. Tender applications forms and documents are to be collected from the office of the Secretary, Ministerial Tenders Board, Ministry of Rural and Riverine Roads, Asaba, upon payments of non-refundable prescribed fee as contained in 3 i-xii below;
i. Evidence of registration as a contractor with Delta State Government
ii. Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission;
iii. Evidence of valid Tax clearance certificate
iv. Verifiable contact address of Business office(s) premises, utilities bill etc
v. Evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fee of N150,000.00 into any Government Treasury cash office nearest to you:
vi. Evidence of payments of non-refundable deposit of N180,000.00 into Ministry of Rural and Riverine Roads;
vii. Evidence of professional/Technical qualifications’
viii. Evidence of financial capability
ix. Evidence of previous jobs successfully executed
x. Evidence of DSIR Card;
xi. Memorandum/Articles of Association
xii. Statutory Returns including Audited Accounts for last 3 years and;
3. Tenderers are advised to visit and inspect the project sites before tendering. For this purpose, tenderers should contact the Director, Planning, Research & Statistics of the Ministry of Rural and Riverine roads for guidance.
4. All tender documents which should be in two copies each, together with the completed Bills of Engineering Measurement and Evaluation (BEME), should be put in a wax sealed envelope addressed to:

5. The project title should be clearly marked at the top left hand corner of the envelope.

7. Tenderers should note that the Board in considering the tenders would not be bound to accept the lowest or any bidder.
8. Late bids after Monday 24th June, 2024 by 12 noon will be rejected.
9. Tenders will be opened at 10:00am Tuesday 25th June, 2024 in the presence of Bidders or Bidders representatives who choose to be present at the conference Hall, Deputy Governor’s Office Asaba.
