REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
The Ministry of Housing Enugu State wishes to invite bill of Engineering Measurement and Evaluation (BEME) from Companies registered with the Ministry of Housing with proven capacity in both human and material resources to express interest for the following projects.
LOCATIONS:
1. New Town Estate, Oji River Urban
2. Innovation Estate, Asata Mine Road, Coal Camp Enugu
3. Up-Hill Estate, Agbogugu in Agwu Local Government
SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Clearing of site and carting away of debris
2. Opening of roads (Access And Internal)
3. Perimeter fencing with GateHouse
4. Asphalting of road with concrete drainages
5. Installation of Electricity
6. Provision of Water and Reticulation
REQUIREMENTS
- Company’s profile accompanied with ownership details
- Evidence of Company’s Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission CAC, Enugu State Ministry of Works And Ministry of Housing.
- Memorandum and Articles of Association.
- Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last Three (3) years – 2021, 2022 and 2023
- Evidence of verifiable similar job done in the past.
METHOD OF SUBMISSION
All submissions must be made before the end of two weeks from the date of this publication in a sealed envelope marked with “pre-qualification” and addressed to the hon. Commissioner, Ministry of Housing State Secretariat Complex, G.R.A. Enugu and Submitted to the office of the Deputy Director, Planning Research and Statistics (PRS).
