INVITATION FOR TENDER FOR A HYBRID DRONE AND ATTENDANT ACCESSORIES

INTRODUCTION:
The Survey Department of the Abia-state Ministry Of Lands and Housing requires a HYBRID DRONE AND ATTENDANT ACCESSORIES (Tarsus Metaverse Painter-Lidar (MPV) Integrated with the DJI Matrice 350 with Photogrammetry and LIDAR Processing Software).

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
a) Certificate of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission
b) Evidence of company income’s Tax Clearance for the last three (3) years valid till 31st December
c) Evidence of Abia State Identity Number (ABSSIN) registration
d) Company profile, personnel and similar jobs executed in the last 5 years.
e) All documents for submission must be transmitted, with a convey letter bearing the company/firm’s letter head paper and written in English.
f) Certificate of registration with Abia State Ministry of Lands and Housing as a supplier/vendor of services.
g) Evidence of firm’s registration with relevant professional body, e.g .EHORECON/Clearing services.
h) Sworn affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the Abia State Ministry of Lands and Housing is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bids are true and correct in all particulars.

CLOSING:
Closing date for the submission of the tender is 3 weeks from the date of this publication. The documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to HOD, PRS Department of the Ministry with a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira Only (N10, 000).

The opening of the Expression of Interest (EOI) documents will be on Thursday 29th August 2024, in the conference room of the Ministry of Lands and Housing, Umuahai, Abia State
