REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR THE UPGRADE OF GIS AND DATA MANAGEMENT LABORATORY
(RFB REFERENCE NO.: NG-BENUE STATE ACRESAL-431797-GO-RFB)

1. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payment under the contract for the UPGRADE OF GIS AND DATA MANAGEMENT LABORATORY.

2. The Benue state Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscape Project (BNACReSAL), now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for:

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a request for bid (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations For IPF Borrowers” (Procurement Regulations Fifth Edition, September, 2023)

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Benue state Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscape Project (BN-ACReSAL) and inspect the bidding the bidding document during office hours i.e. 09:00 to 1700 hours at the address given below.

5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred and Twenty-five Thousand Naira (NGN1250, 000). The method of payment will be bank draft in favor of the Project Coordinator, Benue State – Nigeria Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscape Project or pay directly into this bank account: benue state ACReSAL interest Account, Polaris, Account Number 4060015438 and bring the payment evidence to the address below. The bidding document will be sent to the bidder by email or courier on request at the cost of the bidder.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 11:00am Monday September 30 2024. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidder’s designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below 11:00am Monday September 30 2024.

7. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security 2% of bidder’s Bid Price.

8. Attention is drawn to the procurement regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the contract award notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
