INVITATION TO SUBMIT EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PUBLIC AND PRIVATE ORGANIZATION FOR EDUCATION, TRAINING, EMPLOYMENT, BUSINESS SUPPORT AND HEALTH SERVICES
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental humanitarian organizational established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) invites interested and eligible vendors to submit expressions of interest (REOIs) in respect of provision of the requirements described below. The purpose of the EOI is to identify vendors that wish to participate in a forthcoming solicitation process.
Public and private organizations are invited to express their interest in partnering with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) to provide vocational skill training, internships, on-the-job training and job placement opportunities for returning for returning Nigerian migrants and youths, spanning various sectors and regions within the country. Key sectors targeted are healthcare, agriculture, creative arts and entertainment, construction, real estate, telecommunication, retail manufacturing, engineering, hospitality and tourism, logistic and supply chain, technology and IT. This list is not exhaustive and other sectors are also welcome.
The programs will be implemented in several geographic regions with primary focus on Lagos, Kano, Yobe, FCT, Kaduna, Imo, Oyo, Delta, Edo and Ogun States.
The EOI should include the following information:
- Brief presentation of company including number of staff, turnover, years in business.
- A concise overview of your organization’s primary area of focus for potential collaboration with IOM. Clearly specify whether your organization can offer vocational skill training, job placement or internships. Indicate whether you can provide one or multiple of these services. The following categories:
- Category 1: education and vocational training
- Category 2: employment and job placement/internships
- Category 3: business and entrepreneurship support
- Category 4: health and psychosocial support
- Please confirm if you can provide any of the categories or services mentioned above, either individually or in combination.
- Attach valid certificate of registration (certificate of incorporation) or other applicable license/documentation for government institutions.
- Reference list demonstrating qualifications for participating in this upcoming bidding process.
- Contact information: full name and address, country, telephone number, e-mail address, contact person and website (if applicable)
Note: prices are not required at this stage.

Expressions of interest shall be sent by email as follows:

- File names must be maximum 60 characters long and must not contain any letter or special character other than from Latin alphabet/keyboard.
- All file must be free of viruses and not corrupted
- File size per transmission: 10mbs
- Mandatory subject of email: EOI/IOM/NG20_01_Category
- Multiple emails must be clearly identified by indicating in the subject line “email no X of Y” and the final “email no Y of Y”
In the subject line of your email, please specify the partnership category or categories you are interested in. for instance, you might write “EOI/IOM/NG20_10_Category” or “EOI/IOM/NG20_01 Category 1,2 and 4” if applying for multiple categories.
- You should receive an email acknowledging receipt IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any Expression of Interest, and to annual the selection process and reject all Expression at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Companies/Service Providers
