REQUEST FOR QUOTE FOR INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT AND MOSQUITO CONTROL

The U. S. Embassy Abuja has a requirement for a competent contractor to perform integrated pest management and mosquito control services in the grass lawns, shrubs and flower beds areas of the Embassy Compound, located at Plot 1075, Diplomatic Drive, Central Business District, Abuja as per attached Statement of Work (SOW). You are invited to submit a proposal (technical and financial).

The site visit for this requirement has been scheduled as follows:

Venue: U. S. Embassy, Plot 1075, Diplomatic Drive, Central Area District, Abuja
Date: September 11, 2024
Time: 2:30PM

To attend, please send the name of your representatives (not more than two per company) not later than 12:00 noon of September 10, 2024 for access approval.

The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance.

For a valid quote/proposal, please note the following: 

  1. Submit your proposal in two formats:
    1. Your technical proposal which must include but not limited to the following:
      1. Valid pest control certification
      2. Detailed specifications of the chemicals being proposed, including the manufacturer’s name, model and safety data sheet, etc
      3. iii.  Contract Performance schedule and 6 month warranty
      4. Proofs that offeror can provide the equipment and tools required to perform the tasks
      5. Proofs that offeror can provide the required finances for the project under NET 30 payment terms
      6. vii. Past performance history in pest control, with valid contact information (phone numbers and email addresses) for your past and current customers in the last five (5) years
      7. viii. Proof of CAC certification
      8. Detailed methodology for contract performance in accordance with SOW and professional industry standards
      9. Performance schedule for meeting the requirements
      10. Safety Proposal in accordance
      11. xii. Completed and signed copy of NDAA Form as attached.
    2. Price proposal
  2. Contractor must state BOLDLY if offering alternatives.
  3. All responses and quotes on this RFQ MUST be sent to Abujaprocurement@state.gov with the Subject Line “RFQ #PR12816032 – Integrated Pest Management and Mosquito Control”
  4. Deadline for offer submission is September 17, 2024

Unsuccessful offerors may not be contacted. Oral quotations will not be accepted

Payment terms shall be Net 30.
