INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
In its effort to improve the living standard of its people Karaye Local Government, Kano State. Wishes to undertake some development projects as contained in the year 2024 Budget.
This is to invite suitable and qualified contractors/companies for pre-qualification to Tender, for the following projects/works as listed below:-
1. General Renovation of Local Government Secretariat, Karaye.
2. General Renovation of Islamic Centre Karaye.
3. General Renovation of Two (2) No. Khamsas Salawat Mosque in each ward (Ten wards).
4. General Renovation of Zango Health Post.
5. General Renovation and Wall Fencing of MagajinGarinKaraye House.
6. Construction of Local Government Chairman’s Office at Local Government Secretariat, Karaye.
7. Construction of Works and Housing Department at Local Governemnt Secretariat, Karaye.
8. Construction of Zango Health Post.
9. Construction of Dan Masallaci Health Post, (Dan Zau).
10. Construction of Islamiya Classroom Block with office and store at Zango.
11. Construction of Islamiya Classroom Block with office and store at Madobawa.
12. Construction of Islamiya Classroom Block with office, store and Sand Filling of Small Barrow Fit at Burga.
13. Construction of Islamiya Classroom Block with office and store at Limanci.
14. Construction of Islamiya Classroom Block with office and store at Audawa.
15. Construction of Two (2) No. KhamsasSalawat Mosque at each ward (Ten wards).
16. Construction of one (1) No. Islamiyya Classroom Block at each ward (Ten wards).
17. Construction of Two (2) No. Primary School Standard Classroom Block with office and store at Danlene.
18. Construction of Two (2) No. Primary School Standard Classroom Block with office and store at Yawuriji Nomadic.
19. Installation of fifteen (15) No. Solar light poles at each ward (Ten Wards).
20. Construction of Surface Dressed Road with Sides Drainage from Central Mosque to Edil prayer Mosque Karaye.
21. Construction of Surface Dressed Road, Bypass road from Tashar Kadade to Yammedi/Kabo Road.
22. Construction of Surface Dressed road with Sides Drainage from kasco store to magajingarinkaraye House Karaye.
23. Construction of Surface Dressed road with culvert from Kwanar Dangaye to Unguwar Taiki, Albishirawa, and Mundubu.
24. Construction of Dressed road from Tudun kaya to Danlemi.
25. Construction of Surface Dressed road from Tudun kaya to Dangayaki.
a. PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Prospective contractors must certify all the required and necessary pre-qualification conditions and evidence of sound relevant authorities.
b. SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS
All eligible contractors/companies should forward their pre-qualification Documents to office of the DPM Karaye Local Government, Kano State, in a (SEALED) envelop marked with (Name of contract) to reach him within one week of this publication.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
This advertisement for pre-qualification shall not be considered as contract award nor shall it entitled any contractor/company to make any claim and seek an indemnity what so ever for the Local Government by virtue of having responded to this advertisement.
