INVITATION TO TENDER AND INSTRUCTION TO TENDERERS FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
1.0 PREAMBLE
WATERAID NIGERIA with the support of Kimberly Clark corporation under the Integrated Health and Hygiene Project in collaboration with the Lagos State government, Ojodu and Ikorodu North Local Council Development Areas, hereby invites tenders from reputable and qualified companies for supplies of maternal and child health equipment to be supplied to the primary healthcare departments of the above mentioned LCDAs.
2.0 SCOPE OF WORK
Ikorodu North Local Council Development Area
LOT 1: Supply of maternal and child health equipment for Odo-Nla PHC
Ojodu Local Council Development Area
LOT 2: Supply of maternal and child health equipment for Ogba PHC
The successful tenderer will be required to supply maternal and health equipment listed in the link below.
3.0 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Companies interested in participating in the tendering process are to submit their company profiles which must contain the following:
i. Evidence of registration with the Lagos State Public Procurement Agency (PPA). Please note interested tenderers will need to register with Ojodu or Ikorodu North LCDAs
ii. Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) as a public liability or enterprise.
iii. Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years (2021, 2022 and 2023).
iv. Verifiable evidence of similar supplies of medical equipment previously undertaken, LPOs and delivery notes within the past three (3) years; also, indicate the financial value of these similar supplies.
v. Certified copies of company bank statements in the last 3 months.
vi. Provide proof of product certification and compliance with relevant standards
vii. Evidence of how the supplies will be delivered within time specified in the advert.

4.0 COLLECTION AND SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS AND COMPANY PROFILES
Interested bidders are to collect the tender documents (list of items for supplies) at no cost using this link; https://tinyurl.com/4p7wbtjk. This shall commence from Thursday December 5th to Thursday December 19th 2024.
Completed tender documents and company profile, which shall be in THREE copies (ONE original, TWO photocopies) and other bid documents are to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the company’s Name, at the top left-hand corner, and addressed to:

Secretariat Road,
Oke-Ira Powerline, Lagos.
Sealed envelopes will be received at the Office of the Council manager, Ikorodu North Local Council Development Area, Isiwu until Thursday 19th December 2024 by 10:00am. . Bid opening shall follow at 11:00a.m same day Thursday 19th December 2024 at the procurement Unit of Ojodu Local Council Development Area, Isiwu.
While for Ojodu sealed envelopes will be received at the Office of the Council Manager, Ojodu Local Council Development Area, Oke-Ira Powerline until Thursday 19th December 2024 by 10:00am. Bid opening shall follow at 11:00a.m same day Thursday 19th December 2024 at the procurement Unit of Ojodu Local Council Development Area, Oke-Ira Powerline.
