INVITATION FOR THE PRE-QUALIFICATION AND TENDERS FOR YEAR 2023 TETFUND PROJECT MAINTENANCE INTERVENTION PROJECT
The Yusuf Maitama Sule University, Kano intends to undertake the execution of the under-listed project under the TETFUND Project Maintenance Intervention. To this end, interested, experienced, and competent contractors with proven track records are invited to submit bids for the execution of the projects.
SCOPE OF WORK
LOT 1: Construction of Animal at the Main Campus
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT
Bidders are required to submit copies of the under-listed documents
a) Evidence of a certificate of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
b) Company Tax clearance and turnover for the last 3 years
c) Evidence of current pension compliance certificate expiring 31/12/2024
d) Evidence of TF Compliance certificate expiring 31/12/2024
e) Evidence of current interim registration report (IRR) Issued by BPP
f) Company audited account for the last 3 years.
g) Similar project executed for the last 3 years with letter of award and Completion Certificate.
h) Evidence of current NSITF Compliance certificate.
i) Evidence of Registration with the Kano State Public Procurement Bureau as a contractor
COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Interested companies are to collect the standard bidding documents (SBD) from the office of the Director of Procurement of the second floor, Senate Building, Yusuf Maitama Sule University Kano (Main campus) upon presentation of evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000) per lot at the Bursary Department Revenue Office Yusuf Maitama Sule University Kano.
SUBMISSION OF BIDS
Prospective bidders are to submit each Lot desired of the technical and financial bids packaged separately in a sealed envelope and marked as a technical or financial bud. It should be addressed to the Vice Chancellor Yusuf Maitama Sule University kano, clearly marked with the name of the project, and dropped in the designated tender box at the office of the Director Procurement third floor Senate Building Main Campus not later than 12:00 noon Monday 6th January 2025.
OPENING OF BIDS
The bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12zz;30 noon on Monday 6th January 2025, at the University Senate Chamber (Main campus) Yusuf Maitama Sule University Kano. Yusuf Maitama Sule University is not bound to qualify any bidder and reserves the right to annul the procurement process at any time without incurring any liabilities in accordance with section 28 of Public Procurement act 2007.
