INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION AND BIDDING FOR PROJECT EXECUTION
Borno State Government through The State Universal Basic Education Board in compliance with the Public Procurement acts 2007 is inviting reputable and competent contractors to submit Tender for UBEC/SUBEB/1st – 4th Quarter 2024 projects.
THE PROJECTS ARE FOR THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES:
1. CONSTRUCTION WORKS:
A. Lot 1: Construction of a block of 4 classrooms
B. Lot 2: Construction of a block of 3 classrooms
C. Lot 3: Construction of a block of 2 classrooms with office, store and toilet.
D. Lot 4: Construction of Administrative Block
E. Lot 5: Construction of a Block of Laboratory with ICT attached
F. Lot 6: Construction of perimeter block wall fencing with razor wire and security house attached
G. Lot 7: Rehabilitation of a block of 8 – classrooms storey building.
H. Lot 8: Rehabilitation of Administrative Block.
I. Lot 9: Rehabilitation of a block of 2 – classrooms with office and store.
J. Lot 10: Rehabilitation of SUBEB Head Quarter phase 11.
K. Lot 11: Construction and installation of solar power.
2. SUPPLY OF FURNITURE
I. Lot 12: Fabrication and delivery of 2-seater furniture (metal frame) and Teacher tables and chairs.
II. Lot 13: Procurement and delivery of 2-seater plastic furniture.
3. WATER, SANITATION, AND SPORTING FACILITIES
I. Lot 14: Drilling of solar powered bore hole with steel tower and PVC overhead tanks.
II. Lot 15: Construction of VIP toilets.
III. Lot 16: Procurement and supply of sporting kits and equipment
4. LOT 17: PROCUREMENT AND DELIVERY OF BRAND NEW TOYOTA HIACE 18- SEATER BUS 2023 MODEL FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICE.
1. PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
I. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
II. Reliable list of similar work executed (letter of Award/certificate of completion photo copy).
III. Tax clearance certificate for the last three years.
IV. Evidence of VAT registration/VAT remittance.
V. Technical capability of the Company.
VI. Audited financial statement of account for the last three years.
COLLECTION OF TENDER
Tenders are to be collected from the Desk Offices UBEC/SUBEB Projects from 19th February to 5th March 2025 upon payment of Tender fees and Administrative charges (Non-refundable).
Tenders are to be deposited in the Tender Box at the SUBEB Conference Hall of Board Head Quarters from 5th March between 08:30 to 4:30PM and closes on 12th March, 2025.
NOTE:
List of Qualified bidders will be placed on the Notice Board of the Borno SUBEB Head Quarters. Tenders submitted after the deadline will be returned unopened.
Any tender that does not comply with the above requirement will be rejected and Borno SUBEB will not be liable for improper submission of Tender.
