This is to inform members and the general public that ikoyi club 1938 is requesting bids for:
DESIGN, SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF A 600KW COMPREHENSIVE HYBRIDS SOLAR PV SYSTEM FOR IKOYI CLUB 1938 MAIN FACILITY/GM’S LODGE
(BID FEE: 30,000.00)
MANDATORY TENDER REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible bidders must meet the following mandatory tender requirements.
- Bidders must have completed at least a mini-grid or C&I project of capacity not less than 100kwp (in the last 5 years) that is functional and verifiable (please kindly submit contract award documents and completion certificates).
- Bidders must demonstrate they have financial capacity to fund project if contracted
DETAILS OF OUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PMO), IKOYI CLUB 1938 ON PAYMENT OF THE NON-REFUNDABLE TENDER FEE SPECIFIED ABOVE
EACH COMPLETED BID SHOULD BE SUBMITTED IN A WAX-SEALED ENVELOPE CLEARLY MARKED TENDER FOR DESIGN, SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING & COMMISSIONING OF A 600KW COMPREHENSIVE HYBRID SOLAR PV SYSTEM FOR IKOYI CLUB 1938 MAIN FACILITY/GM’S LODGE
ALL BIDS MUST REACH THE INTERNAL AUDITOR’S OFFICE ON OR BEFORE 12:00 NOON FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2025 AND BE PERSONALLY DROPPED IN THE BOX MARKED ‘TENDER’.
