Important Information:
Directions: Use Google Maps to locate Coral Park 748 in Lugbe. Take the first right after Coral Park 748 and then drive for 300 metres before arriving at the Multipurpose Centre.
Inspection: Interested buyers are advised to inspect the items of the property at the location on 19/03/25 & 20/03/25 from 10am to 5pm.
Guide Price: N100m-N300m
Payment: Successful bidders are required to make full payment immediately by bank transfer. Alternatively, a minimum 25% non-refundable deposit would be required immediately with the full balance being paid within 7 days of the auction. Proof of funds should be brought along for preferential consideration.

The three highest bids will be selected on the final day of auction. Successful bidders are required to make full payment immediately by bank transfer. Alternatively, 25% deposit can be paid immediately with full balance being paid within 7 days of auction. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of deposit.
