INVITATION FOR BID FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
Karu Local Government Council is notifying the General Public and inviting Suitable/Qualified Contractors for Bidding and Execution of the following projects..
PROJECTS:
1. Upgrading of Karshi Comprehensive Health Center to a status of General Hospital with Two (2) Wing Wards and Mortuary.
2 Construction/Block Extension of Seven (7) ensuit offices at Karu Local Government Secretariat.
3. Construction of Culverts across Eleven (11) Electoral Wards with exception of Karshi 1 and Bagaji/Agada.
4. Ecological Control of Tattara Mini Bridge.
5. Construction of a Block of Two (2) Classrooms and Offices at Gurku II.
6. Construction of 3No Culverts and Retaining Walls across Mararaba.
7. Construction of Culvert beside Bingham University, Auta balefi.
TENDER DOCUMENTS
- Cover Letter-Duly signed by the Company’s Authorized Signatory indicating area of interest.
- Certificate of Incorporation/Registration-Issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
- Company’s Audited Accounts-For the year 2022, 2023 and 2024.
- Company’s Profile and Organizational Structure Indicating the CVs of three (3) key personnel with professional certificates.
- Evidence of Previous Related Work Done – A reference letter from a reputable bank showing the company has done a work before and is capable to provide a line of credits for project execution if required.
Interested bidders should obtain their forms from the Office of the Director of Works, Karu Local Government Council, upon the payment of Thirty Thousand (#30,000.00) Naira only (NON REFUNDABLE FEES).
SUBMISSION OF TENDER
All documents should be submitted on or before Seven (7) days from the day on official publication. It should be enveloped and address to the Executive Chairman, Karu Local Government Area, Nasarawa State
OPENING AND CLOSING OF TENDER
The opening date is Tuesday, 25th March, 2025 and will last for only Seven days.
