INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
1.0 INTRODUCTION
In compliance with the Delta State Public Procurement Law of December 2026, Patani Local Government Council is in the process of executing the projects listed below:
(i) Construction of new Patani Police Station, Patani Town.
(ii) Construction of new Patani Local Government Secretariat.
(iii) Construction/Renovation of Uduophori Town Hall, Uduophori Town.
(iv) Construction of new Modern Health Centre at Patani Town.
(v) Construction of health Centre at Abari Town.
(vi) Construction of 1.35KM Road (concrete pavement with drainage) at Bulu-Angiama Town.
(vii) Construction of 400 Metres Road (concrete pavement with drainage) at Adobu Town.
(viii) Construction of 300 Metres Road (concrete pavement with drainage) at Uduophori Town.
(ix) Construction of 400 Metres Road (concrete pavement with drainage) at Odorubu Town.
(x) Construction of 400 Metres Road (concrete pavement with drainage) at Bulu-Apelebiri Town.
(xi) Construction of 300 Metres Road (concrete pavement with drainage) at Toru-Angiama Town.
(xii) Construction of 300 Metres Road (concrete pavement with drainage) at Agoloma Town.
(xiii) Installation of Solar Lights at Uduophori, Odorubu, Adobu, Bulu-Apelebiri, Toru-Angiama, Koloware, Aven, Amatebe and Tamakunu (1000 pieces of 100 Walts).
2.0 ELIGIBILITY
Interested contractors are required to submit the underlisted documents which will be used as criteria for both technical and professional evaluation of all bids:
(i) Evidence of Registration as contractor with Patani Local Government.
(ii) Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
(iii) Evidence of valid Tax Clearance for the past three years.
(iv) Verifiable contact address of business office, premises etc.
(v) Evidence of payment of the prescribed non-refundable fee of #100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Naira) into the Local Government Treasury.
(vi) Evidence of Technical/Professional Qualifications.
(vii) Evidence of Financial capability.
(viii) Evidence of previous jobs successfully executed.
3.0 Tenders are advised to visit and inspect documents of various projects showing the drawing specifications/bills of Engineering, Measurements, and Evaluation between 8:00am to 4:00pm of Monday to Friday within the active period of this notice at the Office of the Head of Works Department before tendering.
4.0 Completed bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope showing clearly the description of the project and name of the Contractor on top of the envelope addressed to: The Chairman, Patani Local Government, P.M.B. 1, Patani and any bid submitted not in compliance with this notice shall be rejected or returned.
Furthermore, the period of all bids is two weeks from the date of this publication.
