INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION

The Management of Toto Local Government Council seeking proposal from qualified contractors for the renovation/constructions of the following projects.

  1. Rural electrification/step down of National Grid of the under listed Villages, Tashara, Araba, Kuru, Majaga, Adadu, Nyezi, Ugya, Kanyehu and Umaisha.
  2. Construction of NYSC Corpers lodge in Toto.
  3. Construction of Police Station in Gadabuke.
  4. Construction of CBT centre in Toto.
  5. Renovation of Chairman’s residence in Toto.
  6. Construction of 3 Nos of motorized boreholes across the LGA.
  7. Construction of 3 blocks classrooms across the three (3) districts.
  8. Renovation of 3 PHC clinics in three districts.
  9. Renovation of Toto LGC Secretariat and provision of furniture/ICT facilities in secretariat.
  10. Agricultural infrastructure.

The bid submission date line will be 2 weeks from adverts and biddy date will be place at Secretariat Contract duration of three (3) months.

The scope of work
Contractor shall provide all labour materials and equipment necessary to complete the renovation/construction of the project.

The scope of work includes:

  • Demolition of some existing interior walls and finishes.
  • Installation of new electrical and plumbing work.
  • Installation of new flooring, walls and ceilings.
  • Painting and finishing work.
  • Installation of new doors and hardware.
  • Others at it may relate to the work.

Eligibility criteria

  1. To be eligible to bid, contractor must;
  2. Be licensed and registered and do business in the Local Government.
  3. Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in commercial construction.

Bid submission requirement

  • Proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope, contractor name and address.
  • Proposal must include:
  • A technical proposal not to exceed five pages
  • Proof of insurance and license
