INVITATION FOR BID FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION

The Ministry, in line with Yobe State Public Procurement Act (2016), hereby wishes to invite reputable and experienced contractors to submit their bids for:

Lot I: General Refurbishment of August 27 Stadium at Damaturu, Yobe State that encompasses V.I.P. and Public Spectators Seating/ Stand, Multi Purposes courts, External Works, Landscaping and Louche with furniture.

Lot II: Construction of stadium at Buni Yadi Town, Gujba Local Government, Yobe State that includes football pitch, ground stands, Multipurpose courts, Drainage/culverts, perimeter and wall fencing.

Lot III: Construction of stadium at Yunusari Town, Yunusari Local Government, Yobe State that includes a football pitch, grand stands, multi-purpose courts, Drainage/culverts, perimeter and wall fencing.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT:

• Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria;
• Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last Three (3) years (2022,2023 & 2024);
• Company Audited Accounts for three (3) years (2022,2023 & 2024);
• Company’s profile;
• Evidence of Financial Capability including Bank reference letter indicating willingness to provide credit facility if/when necessary and needed.
• Evidence of Registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement.

3. Document for submission should be accompanied with a forwarding letter duly signed by MD or his equivalent to the office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Youth, Sports, Social and Community Development, Yobe State.
4. Interested eligible bidders/vendors are to submit two copies of their tender documents in a sealed envelope addressed to SGS Yobe State clearly marked Tender document and deliver not later than 12:00 noon on the 2nd May, 2025.
5. A Complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders/vendors upon payment of non-refundable fee of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira Only (N150, 000.00).
6. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the vendors/bidder’s designated representatives at the conference hall of the office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Youth, Sports, Social and Community Development, Yobe State by 2:00 pm on the 2nd May, 2025.
