INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB) FOR THE SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION OF IT EQUIPMENT FOR THE OFFICE OF AUDITOR GENERAL OF ECOWAS INSTITUTIONS
REF: ECW/OAG/LCB/01/02-05-25/fad
(1) The Office of Auditor General and ECOWAS Institutions (OAG), within the framework of the execution of its 2025 budget, intends to carry out the “SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION OF IT EQUIPMENT FOR THE OFFICE OF AUDITOR GENERAL OF ECOWAS INSTITUTIONS”.
(2) The OAG now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the “SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION OF IT EQUIPMENT FOR THE OFFICE OF AUDITOR GENERAL OF ECOWAS INSTITUTIONS” in one (1) lot.
(3) Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and request the Bidding Documents from the Office of Auditor General and ECOWAS Institutions, No 10 Dar Es-Salaam Crescent Off Aminu Kano Crescent, Wuse II FCT Abuja – Nigeria.

(4) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be provided to interested bidders upon Submission of a written application addressed to the Administrative Officer by sending a request to: oaa-procurement-lcb@ecowas.int with a copy to: iinuwa@ecowas.int: fousmanealou@ecowas.int and btraore@ecowas.int.
(5) Bids must be accompanied by an Original Bid Security (Bank Guarantee) of Five Hundred US Dollars (US$ 1,500) only.
(6) Bids must be submitted electronically as a single password-protected ZIP file to the email address provided within the complete set of bidding documents. The ZIP file must include all bid documents in PDF format.
(7) The email subject line must clearly state: “LOCAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING FOR THE SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION OF IT EQUIPMENT FOR OAG – [Bidder’s Name]” and submitted on or before 11.00 am on 06 June, 2025 at the latest and should clearly indicate Price, Specifications, Delivery Period, Bid Validity Period and Bid Security Validity Period as these will determine the acceptance of bids received.
(8) Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose to attend (Via virtual meeting), on 06 June, 2025, at the Office of Auditor General and ECOWAS Institutions, No 10 Dar Es-Salaam Crescent Off Aminu Kano Crescent, Wuse II FCT Abuja – Nigeria.
