INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
In compliance with the administrative guidelines and the Lagos State Procurement law, the general public is hereby put on notice of the decision of Yaba Local council Development Area to embark on the execution of the following projects;
Name of Project
(1) Provision of Medical equipment at Alhaji Kola Osho Primary Health Care Center, Yaba
(2) Procurement of Official vehicles for Heads of Department and Heads of Units
(3) QUALIFICATIONS
(a) Evidence of registration with CAC including certificate of incorporation
(b) Company profile and organizational structure including names and resume of key personnel with address and phone numbers
(c) Evidence of registration as a contractor with the Lagos State Public Procurement Agency (PPA), Yaba LCDA
(d) Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years
(e) Evidence of financial capability
(f) Verifiable cost of previous/similar projects successfully executed in the last three (3) years and their locations.
(g) Possession of experience as prime contractor in similar project.
(4) COLLECTION/SUBMISSION OF TENDER
Interested companies are requested to visit the Procurement Unit Office to obtain bidding documents, unpriced bills after payment of tender fee
CLOSING AND OPENING
The deadline for submission of bids is 4:00pm on 20 May, 2025 at the Yaba LCDA.
