INTRODUCTION TO GPON
GOALPRIME ORGANIZATION NIGERIA (GPON) is a policy-driven humanitarian, non-governmental organization that implements her program through revitalized partnership. It seeks to improve. the lives of vulnerable people especially in the face of disaster or crises. GPON is presently operating in the Northeastern and Northwest regional part of Nigeria where we have—reached over 2,000,000 people, especially women and children in IDP camps, returnee. population and those in host communities with relief materials, child protection services, GBV mitigation services, livelihood skill-building, health services, and Education support services.
REQUIREMENTS
The Office of the GOALPrime Organization Nigeria (GPON), Headquarter Office Abuja, invites qualified suppliers, service providers and manufacturers to make a firm offer for the services of supply of alternative learning programs for musawa LGA of Kastina and Anka LGA of Zamfara states.
IMPORTANT:
When a Frame Agreement is awarded, either party can terminate the agreement only upon 90 days (3 months) notice, in writing to the other party
It is strongly recommended that this Invitation to Bid document and its annexes be read thoroughly. Failure to observe the procedures laid out therein may result in disqualification from the evaluation process.
SUBMISSION OF BID:
The offers must bear your official letterhead, clearly identifying your company.
Bids should be submitted through e-mail and all attachments should be in PDF format.
(Copies of the PDF format documents may, as an addition, be included in Excel or other formats, etc.).
The technical and financial offers must be clearly separated. Bid must be sent by e-mail

The technical offer and financial offers are to be sent in separate documents/attachments.
Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
