PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS/INVITATION FOR TENDERS FOR WORKS, GOODS AND EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EoI) FOR CONSULTANCY AND NON- CONSULTANCY SERVICES (ADDENDUM)

We refer to our advertisement titled “Prequalification of Contractors/Invitation for Tenders for Works, Goods and Expression of Interest (EoI) For Consultancy and Non-Consultancy Services” in the Federal Tenders Journal, Guardian, Daily Trust, Ogoni Star and the Tide, of Tuesday, May 27, 2025. HYPREP wishes to bring to the notice of the public, the following:

I. The Projects below were mistakenly omitted from the publication of Monday, May 26, 2025

ii. The publications in the Federal Tenders Journal, Guardian, Daily Trust, Ogoni Star of Monday, May 29, 2025, and the Tide, of May 27th 2025 reflect the correct publication of HYPREP as approved.

iii. In addition to the Mandatory Requirements in the advertisement, Firms interested in ‘Engagement of External Auditors’ – Category C, Lot No.HYP/C2/2025/21, must show evidence of registration with the office of the Auditor General for the Federation and relevant regulatory body(ies), such as ICAN, ANAN etc.

SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
In view of the above, the time and date for submission of Expression of Interest (EOI) Category C (Consultancy/Non-Consultancy Services) and Prequalification documents – Category A (Works) is hereby extended to not later than 1200 hours (UTC+1:00) of Wednesday 18th June 2025.

All other information and requirements of the above-referenced advertisement remain unchanged. Contractors and consortia intending to respond to the above referenced Expression of Interest (EOI) and works are therefore advised to take notice of the above listed additional information/clarification in preparing their Expression of Interest (EOI).
