INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
The Kaura Local Government Council hereby invites registered, experienced and reputable Contractors to tender for the under-listed jobs:
1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- LOT 1: Completion of new office complex building roofing within the Local Government Secretariat
- LOT 2: Renovation of Kaura Local Government Secretariat
- LOT 3: Fencing of Police Station at Kaura
2. REQUIREMENT FOR TENDERING
Interested Contractors must submit along with their tenders the following documents:
i. Evidence of registration of Company with Corporate Affairs Commission.
ii. Company Profile.
iii. Registration with Kaura Local Government Council.
iv. 3 years Tax clearance certificate (2022, 2023 and 2024)
v. Evidence of execution of similar projects.
vi. Receipts of payment of tender fees as it concern each tender.
3. All tender document should be submitted in sealed, waxed envelop clearly marked “SECRET” at the top left-hand corner, stating the particular project and LOT, addressed to “The Secretary, Kaura Local Government Tenders’ Board, Kaura and to reach him on or before 12 noon, June 11th, 2025.
