Qatar Charity Organization has allocated Funds for the supply of emergency relief kits (food baskets). Accordingly, Qatar Charity wishes to invite reputable suppliers with relevant proven competence and experiences to submit their technical and financial bids for the project.

Submission

  • Interested bidders are required to submit one hard copy (Marked Technical & Financial in separate envelopes) marked at the top right corner of each envelope stating the title of the project: “SUPPLY OF EMERGENCY RELIEF KITS (FOOD BASKETS) FOR A FAMILY OF 6” and on the reverse side, the name of the company should be boldly written and be left in the appropriate Tender Box at Qatar Charity office to be addressed to:

  • Please make sure you sign the Submission Register as Qatar Charity will not be held responsible for misplaced or wrongly submitted Bids.
  • In addition to the hard copies, please send a soft copy of your submission using the following barcode for Technical bid and Financial bid:

  • Failure to submit both soft and hard copies of your tender documents (as instructed) will render your submission invalid. Important Notes
  • Bidders must submit sample of the food items together with tender documents to Qatar charity office
  • The price should be fixed for any possible increase in quantity.
  • Hard copy of tender documents must be submitted to Qatar charity office
  • Bid must be in English language and signed by an official authorized by the bidder.

  • Bids submitted after the deadline for submission would be returned un-opened.
  • All costs will be borne by the bidders.
  • Financial bids from unqualified technical bidders will be returned unopened.
  • Qatar Charity is not bound to pre-qualify any bidder and reserves the right to annul the procurement process at any time without incurring any liabilities.
