The Centre for Clinical Care and Clinical Research (CCCRN), is a Not for Profit, Non-Governmental Organization funded by USAID that promotes best practices in health care delivery and research We require qualified vendors to submit quotes for the below stated item:

ALL VEHICLES MUST COME WITH AT LEAST 3 YEARS WARRANTY AS SPECIFIED BY MANUFACTURER

Please include the following in your quotation:

  1. Complete company documents: For vendors not previously registered with CCCRN, kindly provide your CAC Registration.
  2. Validity of Quotation: Indicate the period for which your quotation remains valid.
  3. Payment Terms: Specify your payment terms.
  4. Delivery Terms: Provide details on delivery timelines and conditions.

Should your organization be successful in the bid selection process, note that (as a statutory requirement) our organization shall withhold and remit to the tax authority the appropriate tax rate under which your professional service falls and a Performance Bond (PB) will be requested from you if your transaction falls within that threshold.

Kindly note that CCCRN is VAT exempt as an organization (NGO).

All quotes must be submitted on or before the close of business on 23rd June 2025 in HARD COPIES IN A SEALED envelope to the Procurement Officer, CCCRN, No. 2 Babatope Ajakaiye Crescent Jahi District, Abuja FCT.
