INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION

Nassarawa Local Government Council, Kano State wishes to invite all interested and reputable contractors with relevant experience and professional skills to submit their documents of pre-qualification to bid the following projects:

SCOPE OF THE WORKS

  1. Rehabilitation of access road/construction of drainage, rings culvert, retaining walls and laterite filling at Unguwar Hayyo Wuro Bagga Hotoro North
  2. Construction of three classrooms, two offices, 2 No. toilets (Storey Building) at Dinil Islam, Madahu Street Kwana Hudu Kaura Goje)
  3. Repairs/construction of rings culvert, top slaps, crossing slaps, and laterite filling at Yankaba Market in Kawaji Ward.
  4. Construction of re-enforce concrete drainage, box culvert and laterite filling at independence road near post office
  5. General repairs of NIMC office, repairs of four seater toilets, and construction of single seater toilet.
  6. Construction of drainage and laterite fillings at Layin Councilor behind Rafin Saleh in Gwagwarwa Ward.
  7. Construction of drainage and laterite fillings at Layin Nation in Gama Ward.

PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS
Prospective contractors must satisfy all the required and necessary pre-qualification condition, criteria and procedure laid down by all the relevant authorities.

SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS
All pre-qualification documents of the above projects are to be submitted immediately, within 2 weeks from the date of this publications, to the office of HOD P.R.S in a sealed envelop and boldly marked pre-qualification document and address to the Executive Chairman, Nassarawa Local Government, Kano.
