Auction Details:
9th Floor, The Ark Towers: Plot 17, Ligali Ayorinde | Victoria Island, Lagos
Inspection & Viewing Date: August 11 & 12, 2025 (9am-2pm)
Closing Date for Bid Submission: August 29, 2025.
Bought Vehicles pick up date: Vehicles are expected to be removed within 2 working days of full payment of same.
Bids should be submitted in sealed envelopes, including a functional email address and telephone number of the bidder and dropped in the tender box on the ninth floor of the Venue above.
Successful bidders will be contacted after the closing date.
Payment Terms:
- Full Payment shall be made immediately after winning the bid or the vehicles will be rebidded.
- Payment can only be made by bank transfer into a designated bank account that will be provided at the auction Venue. Cash payments will not be accepted.
- All sales are final
- Items are sold as they are with no declaration made of serviceability
- There will be “no returns” and “no refunds”
- The bid price is exclusive of the Value Added Tax of 7.5% to be reflected on the bill of sales.
- Bidders are encouraged to physically inspect the vehicles they intend to bid for
