INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION/REQUEST OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
1.0 INTRODUCTION
As part of effort to the community dividend of democracy for provision of social amenities for the benefit of the citizens and general public, and in line with Lagos State Public Procurement Agency Law 2015 (as amended in 2021), through the Mosan Okunola LCDA hereby invites Expression of interest from qualified Consultants, Contractors And Service providers with the objective of prequalifying them with the Local Government will partner with in subsequent bidding process and Contract awards.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
1. Covering letter duly signed by the company’s authorized signatory(ies), including the area of specialization
2. Certification of incorporation/registration with C.A.C
3. Company’s audited account for 2022, 2023 and 2024
4. Copy of company’s tax clearance for the last three years
5. Performance bond from a reputable financial institution
6. Evidence of registration with Lagos State Public Procurement Agency
7. Evidence of technical and financial capability to execute project and provide service
8. Evidence of previous job done for the government
9. Radio and television license receipt (current year)
1. EOI/Pre-qualification submission must be in English only clear about area(s) of interest and competence of each category.
2. Interested applicants must note that the Mosan Okunola LCDA reserves the right to verify claims made in pre-qualification document submitted by them at any level.
3. This pre-qualification exercise shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of the Mosan Okunola LCDA.
4. The cost for this exercise will be sole responsibility of the interested party (ies) to this invitation.
5. Interested eligible applicant may obtain further information at the procurement office Mosan Okunola LCDA Secretariat on or before Monday 1st of September, 2025 with a non-refundable N120,000 for bidding documents
SUBMISSION OF EOI/QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS.
Application must be enclosed in sealed envelope and address to:
