REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR PROVIDING CONSULTING SERVICES
Abia Public-Private Partnership and Investment Promotions Office (PPP&IPOffice) invites qualified professional firms, and organizations to submit proposals towards providing consulting services as the Office collaborates with the private sector to execute projects aimed at promoting Economic growth, and sustainable development in the State.
We seek partners in: Estate Valuation & Surveying, Architectural Designs, Project Management, Strategy & Management Consulting, Marketing/Advertising, Recruitment, Training & Capacity Building, Legal Services, Civil, Electrical & Structural Engineering, and Accounting/Auditing Services.
Eligibility
Applicants must be registered businesses with:
- Valid professional Licenses or Certifications (e.g., NIESV, PMI, APCON, COREN, etc.)
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience and track record of performance
- Compliance with Applicable Regulations and Corporate Governance Practices
Application Requirements
Interested companies are invited to submit the following documents:
1. Company Profile (must include – profile of key Personnel, Office Address, list of Key Projects executed, Official phone lines and email address)
2. CAC Registration Documents or equivalent
3. Audited Accounts for the past three (3) years
4. Recent Tax Clearance Certificate
5. Two Recommendation Letters or Client References
