EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR TRAVEL MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR GIZ NIGERIA & ECOWAS
The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit, GIZ Nigeria, through its Travel and Logistics Unit in Nigeria, invites qualified companies to express their interest to provide the below:
- Travel Management Services for GIZ Nigeria & ECOWAS
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested and qualified companies to express their interest by furnishing GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. An official letter expressing interest on the Company Letterhead
b. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and Memorandum of Association
c. Comprehensive Company Profile clearly indicating ownership structure, boards members and evidence office in locations in Lagos and Abuja, Nigeria
d. Previous similar experience in the field of Online Travel Management providing service for international organizations
e. Membership certificate of National Association of Nigeria Travel Agencies (NANTA)
f. Evidence of Tax payment for 2021, 2022 and 2023 or more recent with a combined average annual turnover of NGN 178,995,000.00
g. The company must have provided travel related services for a maximum of five years to exclusive clientele-comparable in size to the GIZ office Nigeria & ECOWAS with approximately 500 employees and high demand not only within the region but also intercontinental.
h. Evidence of being a category A travel agency (Risk Holding Capacity RAC of minimum N 100 million as at December 2024).
i. Maintains a good track record in serving international organizations, embassies and medium to large multi-national corporations. Please attached evidence of service contract.
j. Management team with proven experience in travel agency service, in additional employing at least five competent and experienced travel consultants that are IATA (International Air Transport Association) certified. Please attach certificates and CVs
k. Ready to have an agent in the country office of GIZ in Abuja as a permanent representation using their own facilities.
l. License and authorization to issue both local and international air tickets
