REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR DESIGN, BUILD, FINANCE, OPERATE AND TRANSFER OF GUEST HOUSE AND RESORT ON THE CAMPUS
The Abia State University Governing Council invites credible local and international investors, project developers, financiers and operators with proven expertise and track record of successful project delivery, to express their interest in the development of the University Guest House & Resort. The Guest House & Resort should offer a 3-star hospitality experience with a minimum of 50 rooms.
Expression of Interest Process:
Interested parties are invited to submit their expression of interest outlining their relevant experience, qualifications and proposed model/approach for design, build, finance, operate and transfer of the guest house and resort on the campus of Abia State University, Uturu.
Submissions should be in ten (10) hard copies (and soft copy of the submission in flash drive) in sealed enveloped marked: “Expression of interest for the design and build of Guest House and Resort” to be addressed to: Registrar/Secretary to Council, Abia State University, RM.B 2000, Uturu or email: registrar@abiastateuniversity.edu.ng within twenty-one (21) days of this publication (November 3, 2025).
