INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE RENOVATION/RECONSTRUCTION OF A 70-METER FENCE AT THE GOVERNOR’S RESIDENCE AT YOLA-NORTH

The Adamawa State Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (MOHUD) invites online bids from eligible bidders for the renovation of 70meter fence at the Deputy Governor’s residence at Yola-North. Interested eligible bidders can obtain bidding documents online at the ADSBPP (Adamawa State Bureau of Public Procurement) procurement portal at the cost of ₦25,000 (nonrefundable), making the bidder eligible to download tender documents.
Interested eligible bidders should note that only those who meet the criteria indicated below and have minimum supporting documents at submission will be considered for technical evaluation.
Scope of work:
(1) Reconstruction of collapsed part and reinforcing of the remaining span.
Eligibility:
(1) Technical proposal to include the following in pdf format.
(a) CAC Registration
(b) Updated Adamawa State BPP Registration (WORKS category) (2025)
(c) Updated Pencom Registration (2025)
(d) Updated NSITF (2025)
(e) Updated ITF (2025)
(h) Three (3) years audited account (2024, 2023, 2022)
(i) Three (3) years TAX clearance (2024, 2023, 2022)
(j) Evidence of past similar jobs executed.
Instruction to Bidders:
(1) Strict adherence to the format in the un-priced bill maintaining the quantities and dimensions.
(2) Financial proposal labeled properly in pdf format.
(3) Technical proposal labeled properly in pdf format.
(4) Note the process is not bound to select the lowest bidder but the lowest most responsive bidder.
(5) The procurement process is online; therefore, all correspondence and submission should be done online.
Closing of Bid Submission:
Completed bids per the requirements of the bidding criteria must be submitted on or before 14/10/2025 by 11:00 am online through the ADBPP (Adamawa State Bureau of Public Procurement) procurement portal.
Bid Opening:
Submitted bids will be opened on 14/10/2025 by 11:00 am at the procurement unit MOHUD (Adamawa State Ministry of Housing and Urban Development) office number E223 in the presence of all bidders or their representatives.
