INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR THE FOLLOWING GOODS AND WORKS
1.0 INTRODUCTION
As parts of the efforts to achieve our mandate and fulfil our campaign promise, Ibeju-Lekki Local Government under the chairmanship of Hon (Engr.) Abdullahi Sesan Olowa, hereby invite qualified and interested Contractors and Suppliers for pre-qualification for the under listed goods and works.
- LOT 1: Electrification of Communities from Ibeju to Okegun-Madagbayun (Ibeju bus stop towards Naida School.)
- LOT 2: Purchase of Eleven (11) 2016-2018 models of Toyota Highlander for Royal Fathers
- LOT 3: Purchase of One (1) Toyota Hilux for Department
- LOT 4: Purchase of One (1) 2016 Toyota Coaster 32- Seater Bus for the Staff
2.0 QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT/ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Interested Contractors shall be requested to possess the following Documents.
A. Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
B. Evidence of current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years
C. Evidence of Registration with Lagos Public Procurement Agency
D. Evidence of Registration with Local Government.
E. Copies of VAT Registration with TIN number and evidence of VAT remittance for the last Three years
F. Evidence of Financial capability/reference letter from Banker/Insurance bond
G. Evidence of Technical experience
H. Proof of Previous jobs done for Local Government (S) or any other reputable Organization in similar jobs
3.0 COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS.
The Tender Documents are to be collected from the Procurement office on payment of non-refundable processing/tender fee of N40,000.00 photocopy of the receipt should be attached to the Tender Document
4.0 SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENT
Interested Bidders are to submit pre-qualification documents in two (2) sealed envelopes with the Lot Number and Names written in capital letter at the top left corner of the envelope addressed to:

5.0 CLOSING AND OPENING
The completed and sealed Tender document (as addressed to the chairman, Ibeju-Lekki Local Government) should be deposited in the Local Government Tender Box at the Procurement Office not later than 12:00 noon on the 20th October, 2025.
Any Tender received after this stated date and time will not be considered. The submitted document will be opened on the same day, at the front of the council Secretariat. Contractor or their representative (S) are required to be present at the opening.
